In the city of Likhoslavl, Tver region, the facade of the district military registration and enlistment office was set on fire early in the morning. This is reported by the regional news agency TIA.
Although the article does not directly call it arson, the agency clarifies that only a section of the facade was burned at the one-story wooden building on Komsomolskaya Street, and the fire did not penetrate inside.
The Telegram channel Shot, associated with Life.ru, published a photo with a burned-out wall and two windows of the military registration and enlistment office. Later footage from the spot from a TIA correspondent shows that they were hung with a banner about the celebration of May 1 and 9.
Shot, without specifying the source of the data, claims that the fire was extinguished by a policeman patrolling the area, and a plastic canister with traces of fuel.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Emergency Situations did not comment on the arson.
In addition, Shot and Baza wrote that near Likhoslavl on May 3 and 4, about ten improvised bombs were cleared on power line supports. The law enforcement agencies did not comment on this either.
