MOSCOW, May 4. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro in a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, he condemned the Ukrainian drone attack on the Kremlin.
“At the initiative of the Venezuelan side, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicolás Maduro,” the Kremlin said.
It is noted that that «Maduro strongly condemned the attempt made by the Kiev regime to strike at the Kremlin territory with unmanned aerial vehicles, expressing feelings of solidarity and support for Russia on behalf of the people of Venezuela.»
The presidents also discussed topical issues of developing the Russian-Venezuelan strategic partnership, including the implementation joint projects in the trade, economic, energy and humanitarian fields.
The presidents agreed to continue contacts at various levels.
