In the Trans-Urals, on weekends and holidays, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations carry out a number of preventive measures aimed at stabilizing the fire situation. Violators of the special fire regime are identified and prosecuted daily, the report added. In total, according to the press center, since the beginning of the introduction of a special fire regime in the region, employees of the regional emergency department have carried out 900 raids in settlements and horticulture in the region, in which almost 16,000 people have been instructed, and more than 12,000 leaflets on fire prevention have been issued.
During the raids, employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the region also drew up 656 protocols on administrative offenses, including 84 for burning dry vegetation and garbage against citizens, 570 for the lack of cleanup.
As SUSK reported, on May 7, large-scale fires broke out in a number of residential, dacha settlements and settlements in the Kurgan region, which, according to preliminary data, caused significant material damage to citizens and economic entities. A criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence).
