In the village of Tolmachevo, after an argument in a store, four men attacked local resident Vyacheslav Mokin and his relatives in the yard of their private house. Mokin shot two attackers with a hunting rifle, two more were seriously injured, according to NGS.RU and Astra.
Astra writes that Yevgeny Khotkov and Petr Vlasov died, and Dmitry Fisyura, a resident of Novosibirsk, and Boris Vlasov, a resident of Kochenevo, were hospitalized in the Ob Central District Hospital.
According to both publications, the attackers celebrated the return of Khotkov from the war in Ukraine. Astra claims that Khotkov was convicted under articles on theft and drugs (158 and 228 of the Criminal Code). The press service of the Investigative Committee for the Novosibirsk Region informed NGS.RU that a criminal case had been opened, but did not specify under which article.
According to Astra, Mokin confessed to the case. On April 29, those who were celebrating the return of a friend had a conflict in a liquor store. Eyewitnesses told NGS.RU that several men began to insult customers, and one of them hit Mokin, who went inside with his son Vladimir.
“Slavka (Vyacheslav Mokin — MZ) was silent during this entire conflict in the store. When this began: “I was at the war, and you are sitting here and drinking beer,” Volodya said, they say, they will call us, and we will go. And he began to slowly lead Slavka away, ”said the owner of the store.
According to saleswoman Ekaterina, visitors began to insult Mokin, one of them said: «I'll piss you,» and then hit him. “Then Slava and Volodya turned around, saying, well, fuck them, and left the store. Didn't even get a beer. And this company gets into the car, and someone shouts to Zhenya: «Let's quickly get into the car, let's see where they live.» Then they said that they drove to Yevgeny’s house, took bats or sticks and ran to the house, where everything happened, ”the saleswoman said.
According to NGS.RU, in the courtyard of Mokin’s house on Central Street, the company beat his wife and son. Mokin first fired his gun into the air, and then at the attackers. “Slavka said: “I told them: boys, go away … but they didn’t even hear me.” This is when they were already beating them, and when one of them started strangling Slavka’s wife and saying, “I’m going to rape you now,” Ekaterina added.
“There were five people in the fence, and there were some more fence <…> Olesya left. She was attacked. Her injuries were later removed: a bruise under her eye, a concussion, her neck was peeled off. The son’s jaw is broken, and the son-in-law has minor injuries, ”Mokin’s father-in-law told reporters.
NGS.RU adds that the villagers are planning to collect signatures under an appeal to President Vladimir Putin and the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin, as they fear that Mokin, who, in their opinion, defended the family, will be declared guilty.
