
MOSCOW, May 9. Writer Zakhar Prilepin receives all medical care, Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko said.
Prilepin's car was blown up on May 6 on a highway in the Nizhny Novgorod region. His press service also reported that the explosion killed the writer's ally Alexander Shubin, who is an employee of the Oplot battalion of the National Guard. Later, the police in hot pursuit detained a man who may be involved in blowing up the car. He was charged under articles on a terrorist act and illegal trafficking in explosives.
«Everything is fine with Prilepin, he receives all the necessary assistance,» Murashko replied.
