MOSCOW, May 8 Leaders of Russia and Kyrgyzstan Vladimir Putin and Sadyr Zhaparov will meet today in an expanded format, and then face-to-face, Russian leader's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
“Today is the day of Russian-Kyrgyz relations. President of Kyrgyzstan Zhaparov is here in Moscow.
