MOSCOW, May 8 Presidential Press Secretary When asked if Russian President Vladimir Putin, in his speech at the May 9 parade, would somehow evaluate the progress of Russia's special operation in Ukraine, Dmitry Peskov said that the Kremlin would never announce the President's words and offered to wait for the speech itself.
«We never make announcements. You know that tomorrow the president will speak at the parade. Let's wait for him,» Peskov told reporters.
