PERVOMAISK, May 9. The Ukrainian army shelled the city of Pervomaisk in the Luhansk People's Republic, said the head of the city administration, Sergei Kolyagin.
«There are several arrivals in the city. This is congratulating us on the holiday (the army of Kyiv — ed.),» Kolyagin wrote in his Telegram channel.
In a telephone conversation with the mayor, he said that details of possible damage or casualties are being clarified.
