Member of the State Duma Committee on Defense, Lieutenant-General Viktor Sobolev admitted that Russians who have not completed military service may also be called up for training to receive a military specialty,  ; reports the URA.RU agency.
According to Sobolev, Russians who have not served can be involved in other training camps in order to obtain a military registration specialty. According to him, if citizens are over the military age, but have not left the mobilization reserve, then they can be attracted to training camps. But at the training camp for citizens who are in reserve, they have nothing to do.
«They must first receive a military registration specialty,» Sobolev noted again.
At the same time he rejected the possibility of conscripting those who did not do military service for health reasons.
