The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, announced that he would send fighters from the Akhmat special detachment to replace them in the city. Later, Prigozhin spoke about the receipt of a combat order, in which the Wagner fighters were promised to be given ammunition and weapons to continue operations, and the deputy commander of the Russian combined group of forces in the framework of the special operation, Sergei Surovikin, would make all decisions within the framework of hostilities in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense.
