    The Preobrazhensky District Court of Moscow imposed a fine on programmer Ilya Vasiliev, known by his pseudonym Arvi Hacker, for «discrediting» the Russian armed forces (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
