“But there is another opinion that it is possible, by conducting certain expert studies, to establish that these people cannot do otherwise, and then they have the right to perform surgical manipulations «, — continued Chuichenko. He stressed that he «does not like» this option.
According to Chuichenko, «calamity is determined by units,» so «we can put up with these people through psychiatric, psychological assistance to them.» He added that the question is now being decided “which way to go.”
