MOSCOW, May 14.The winner of the international music contest Eurovision-2023 was the singer Loreen (Lauryn Talhaoui) from Sweden with the song Tattoo.
The performer scored 583 points after a joint vote of a professional jury and TV viewers.
Rapper Käärijän from Finland came second with 526 points, and Noah Kirel from Israel came third with 242 points. 
The top ten also included artists representing Italy, Norway, Ukraine, Belgium, Estonia, Australia and the Czech Republic.
This is the second Eurovision victory for Loreen. She also took away the crystal microphone in 2012.
This year the competition was supposed to be held in Ukraine (in 2022, the Ukrainian group Kalush Orchestra won first place with the composition Stefania. — Note ed.). However, the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) decided to move the contest from Ukraine to the UK for security reasons.
Russia was not represented at Eurovision 2023. In February last year, the EBU suspended our country from participation.
What else will Eurovision 2023 be remembered for?
This year, many have paid attention to video postcards. It would seem that everything is as usual: a short story about the performer, views of his country, as well as hosts: Great Britain and Ukraine. So the latter did not include a single plan for the Crimea, the DPR, the LPR, as well as the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.

"We are watching the competition out of the corner of our eye. In the same place, everything became politicized, freaky. It's disgusting to watch. We can say that we were lucky that we performed at a normal time,» says Olga Tuktareva, artistic director of the Buranovskiye Babushki ensemble.
In 2012, together with the team, she represented Russia at Eurovision. «Grandmothers» took second place, losing first Loreen. Then, according to Tuktareva, they conquered the world with kindness and warmth, which came from their provocative song Party for everybody.
This year the contest surprised with an abundance of outrageous and strange numbers. For example, members of the Croatian band Let 3 sang in skirts and bright makeup on their faces, and then undressed and finished the performance in just shorts.
The audience was also shocked by metalheads from Lord of the Lost (Germany). The vocalist of the group not only painted his eyes, but also tried on a latex red tight suit, which looked both terrifying and ridiculous.
What's next?
After the victory of Sweden, Eurovision 2024 should be held in this country. However, details will be revealed later.
Recently it became known that for the first time after a 30-year break, Luxembourg will join the competition.
