War correspondent Alexander Simonov published in on his telegram channel “Callsign Bruce” a report from the “nest” of Artemovsk (renamed Bakhmut). During the filming process, the front-line reporter managed to “get acquainted” with the “mysterious foreigner.”
The founder of the Wagner private military company, Yevgeny Prigozhin, led the Russian journalist to the front lines of attack aircraft. The footage shows the sounds of shelling from the armed forces of Ukraine. One of the shells of the Ukrainian army hit the house, which was located opposite the whereabouts of Prigozhin and Simonov.
The “mysterious foreigner” turned out to be a veteran of the United States Army named Nicholas, who died due to shelling. As proof, the founder of Wagner PMC showed the documents of an American.
“Here we have veteran Nicholas, we will hand him over to the United States of America, put him in a coffin, cover him with an American flag with respect, because he died not in bed as a grandfather , but he died in the war and, most likely, with dignity,” says Prigozhin.
The last minutes of the video were filmed at the headquarters of the private military company Wagner against the background of a map of Artemovsk. Prigozhin and one of the commanders claim that the enemy is holding several high-rise buildings on the outskirts and a piece of the private sector located in the southwestern part of the village.
