In this case, there are opportunities for those involved in private investment, added Aksakov.
«And our task — deputies and the government — is to create conditions for private investors, firstly, to attract internal resources so that they go to the implementation of projects. Aksakov said that when creating favorable conditions for private investors in Russia, he places great hopes on digital rights, digital financial assets. «We have submitted a draft law on the digital ruble, which I expect to be adopted in the spring session… Already in June we expect it to be adopted in the second and third reading. We are correcting the law on the CFA, trying as much as possible to expand the possibilities of its use,» the deputy said.
