MELITOPOL, May 15. Ukrainian troops shelled the city of Vasylivka in the Zaporozhye region for the second time in a day, explosions sounded near the bus station, a spokesman for operational services told reporters on Monday region.
«Ukraine shelled Vasilyevka for the second time in a day. The terrorist Kiev regime at 16.20 (Moscow time) shelled the city of Vasilyevka. At least seven explosions were recorded in the area of the bus station. There were no casualties among the civilian population,» the representative of the operational services said.
Earlier on Monday, it was reported that the city of Vasilyevka came under fire from the Grad MLRS by Ukrainian militants around seven o'clock in the morning.
«Due to the increased intensity of shelling of frontline areas, the authorities of the region provided residents who wish to temporarily leave the territory for the sake of their safety with the opportunity to stay in comfortable conditions in the resort town of Berdyansk,» a representative of operational services said.
