St. Petersburg, May 16. A criminal case of sexual abuse of a minor in a temporary detention center was initiated in St. Petersburg against one of the educators.
«During a preventive conversation with the police, the minor reported that the center's teacher had committed unlawful acts against her. The security operatives of the head office checked this information. After it was confirmed, the center's teacher was detained by the police,» the press service of the regional GUMVD reported, adding, that illegal actions were committed against a 14-year-old citizen of one of the neighboring countries.
It is specified that the girl ran away from her parents living in Moscow, and in St. for juvenile delinquents. The detained employee of the center was taken to the investigating authorities for procedural actions.
A source in the law enforcement agencies of the city said that we are talking about sexual violence against a minor, as well as rape. A criminal case has been initiated under articles 131 (Rape) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, 132 (Violent acts of a sexual nature) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and 135 (Indecent acts) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against a minor.
