MOSCOW, May 16. Yuriy Ignat, official representative of the Ukrainian Air Force, believes that broadcasting from webcams should be turned off during the work of the Ukrainian air defense forces.
«The work of cameras is needed for different institutions, but adjustments during the operation of air defense are possible. Cameras monitor online, transmit images to YouTube channels … I think certain adjustments will be made with military administrations. When there is work of air defense, when there is the threat of information leakage, I think that the military administrations will adjust in order to somehow prevent the enemy from being able to monitor the combat work of our air defense systems online,» Ignat said on the air of the Ukrainian radio Novoye Vremya.
Earlier, the Ukrainian authorities have repeatedly urged not to film or upload to the network the work of the air defense system and the Ukrainian military.
The RF Armed Forces began to attack the Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10 — two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, behind which, according to the Russian authorities, the Ukrainian special services stand. The strikes are carried out on energy, defense industry, military command and communications facilities throughout the country.
