NOVOSIBIRSK, May 18. A man in an inadequate condition fell from the balcony of the eighth floor in Novosibirsk, where he had previously sat on the railing, and survived.
On Thursday, a video appeared on the Internet in which a man is sitting with an umbrella on the balcony on the eighth floor, and then falls, holding the umbrella in his hands. According to the ngs.ru portal, which refers to local residents, before the fall, the man behaved inappropriately: he threw a stool from the balcony and threw garbage at the cleaning company employees.
«The police received a report on this fact. Police officers went to the scene. The man, born in 1982, was handed over to medical workers. The materials will be transferred to the Investigative Committee,» the Novosibirsk Region GUMVD told reporters.
The investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Novosibirsk region reported that the man was alive.
