MOSCOW, May 18. Ukraine's population has fallen below 20 million and continues to decline, Colonel Douglas McGregor, former adviser to the head of the Pentagon, said in an interview with the Judging Freedom YouTube channel.

He noted that the morale of many of the country's inhabitants is at a very low level, so they prefer to leave for the West.
