MOSCOW, May 20, Alena Sulizova. Moscow Lokomotiv negotiations «with midfielder Dmitry Barinov's agents under a new contract are at the finish line, the chairman of the board of directors of the football club, Yuri Nagornykh, told reporters.
Barinov is a graduate of Lokomotiv and has been in the club's system since 2012. His contract expires in June 2024.
“Negotiations with Barinov's agents are at the finish line,” Nagornykh said.
The functionary also spoke about the future of forward Wilson Isidore.
“Today we are working closely with Isidor, he is our player, who has shown himself excellently in recent matches. We will answer your questions in the near future,” said the chairman of the board of directors of Lokomotiv.
This season, Barinov took part in 33 matches in all competitions, scoring two goals and five assists. Isidor has eight goals and five assists in 22 games.
