MOSCOW, 20 May. Russian President Vladimir Putin called Russia's opponents «stupid» because of their neo-colonial ideas.
«And our opponents, whom I mentioned, people with neo-colonial thinking, half-wits really do not understand what exactly it is diversity makes us stronger. And in vain they count on the effect for which they are trying,» he said at a meeting of the Council on Interethnic Relations.
The head of state stressed that calls to divide Russia into dozens of small state entities are connected with selfish interests. He noted that the opponents of the country want to subordinate its territory to their will and exploit, and that they have no other goals.
«Well, I already said that people who are guided by their neo-colonial ideas are idiots, and at the competition of idiots they would have taken second place. Why only second? Yes, because idiots, «the president said.
«Drink beer»Putin also advised political emigrants gathering in Prague who organize forums on «decolonization of the Russian Federation» to continue drinking beer and eating bacon, adding that this is to Russia's advantage, since this alcoholic drink contains a lot of female hormones.

The head of state added, that Russia's opponents have decided that the country's multinationality is its weak spot, and they are doing everything to divide the Russians.
Putin also stressed that in the history of Russia for a thousand years there have been both quarrels and contradictions, «like in any family happens», but according to the president, «it cannot be otherwise», the Russian family of peoples has evolved gradually, over a thousand years.
