CHRISTMAS (Moscow region), May 20. The Congress of «A Just Russia — For the Truth» re-elected the incumbent chairman Sergei Mironov as the leader of the party, the correspondent reports.
The results of the vote were announced at the plenary session of the congress.
XII Congress of the party «Fair Russia — For the Truth» is held in the Moscow region on Saturday.
In 2020, the leader of A Just Russia, Mironov, announced a merger with the For Truth and Patriots of Russia parties. A year later, at a joint congress, it was announced the creation of a new party «Fair Russia — Patriots — For Truth», abbreviated name: «Fair Russia — For Truth». Gennady Semigin and Zakhar Prilepin became co-chairs of the party.
