MOSCOW, May 22. Studying at Moscow State University (MSU) ) figure skater Evgenia Medvedeva was terminated, as she was unable to attend classes due to high media workload, the press service of the Higher School of Cultural Policy and Management in the Humanitarian Sphere of Moscow State University said.
Earlier, a message appeared on the telegram channel of the Starhit.ru magazine with the words of Medvedeva, in which she said that she had left Moscow State University, allegedly because of a conflict with the leadership of the university, which was dissatisfied with the headline for one of her interviews and decided not provide study materials.

"Skater Evgenia Medvedeva entered our faculty in September 2021. Due to high media workload, she was unable to attend classes, and therefore her studies were terminated. We wish Evgenia success and new achievements in her professional activities,» the press service of the Higher School of Cultural Policy and Management in the Humanitarian Sphere of Moscow State University said in a statement.
It also added that during Evgenia's studies, press the service of the university has never interacted with the athlete.
