Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated the employees of the Public Television of Russia TV channel on their tenth anniversary, noting that OTP's popularity is the result of competent, well-coordinated work of a team of professionals and enthusiasts in their field, according to the Kremlin website.

Over the past years, your channel has gone through a rich creative path, made a significant contribution to the development of domestic television… I am convinced that the continued popularity of OTR is the result of a competent, well-coordinated the work of your talented team of real professionals, experts and enthusiasts in their field,» the congratulation says.
Putin expressed his confidence that the team won the love of the audience with its interesting, informative journalistic, educational, entertainment programs, documentaries, news projects.
The president also wished the OTR team inspiration and implementation of their plans.
