The report on the rapper was drawn up under the article on the absence of a “foreign agent” marking in publications (part 4 of article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The materials were received by the court only today, the date of the hearing in the administrative case has not yet been set.
The Ministry of Justice entered Morgenstern into the register of «foreign agents» in May last year — then the list that included the performer was called the register of individuals — » foreign agents.» Later, the department combined all the lists into one.
Over the past week, similar protocols were drawn up for the musician Noize MC, presenter Tatyana Lazareva, and sociologist Viktor Vakhshtayn.
