In Krasnoyarsk, a seventh-grader was sentenced for charging entrance fees to a school toilet. This was reported in the regional prosecutor's office.
According to the department, the teenager made the toilet in the educational institution paid, and the entrance fee to the restroom was set at 20 rubles. The «Business Project» quickly began to be in demand, as a result of which the service began to grow in price. For those who refused to pay, the student used collection methods: persuasion, threats and the use of physical force.
Soon, the parents of one of the students, who returned home with traces of beatings, learned about the business model. Parents of other students joined the investigation, whose pocket money began to mysteriously disappear.
As a result, the «king of toilets» was convicted of extortion. The teenager was sentenced taking into account age and other mitigating circumstances: 1 year of imprisonment with a suspended sentence with a probationary period of 2 years.
