The Chita garrison military court sentenced junior sergeant Danze-Belek Damba to one year's probation for assaulting a man who refused to obey his order. This was reported by the joint press service of the military courts.
The court ruled on May 18, follows from the case file. The dam was found guilty of exceeding official powers with the use of violence or the threat of its use (point «a» of part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code).
