MOSCOW, 20 May. Today, May 20, at the walls of the Main Temple of the Armed Forces of Russia, the opening of the season of concerts «Military Bands in the Parks» will take place, the press service of the project reports.
“For the seventh year now, the Military Bands in the Parks program has preceded the main performances of the best Russian and foreign military orchestra and creative groups at the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival,” the press release says.
At 15.30, two events will begin at once: The Military Exemplary Band of the Guard of Honor will perform on the Cathedral Square of the Main Temple of the Armed Forces, and the Military Band (of the Moscow Garrison) of the 154th Separate Commandant's Preobrazhensky Regiment will perform on the Alley of Heroes.
