MOSCOW, May 23. Vladimir Putin has appointed Maxim Travnikov as head of the Russian Presidential Department for Civil Service, Human Resources and Anti-Corruption, the decree has been published on the official portal of legal information.
«To appoint Maksim Aleksandrovich Travnikov as the head of the Russian Federation Presidential Department for Civil Service, Personnel and Anti-Corruption, releasing him from his post,» the text of the document says. At the same time, the head of state dismissed Andrey Chobotov, head of the presidential department for combating corruption.
In addition, according to another decree published on the portal, the Department for Civil Service and Personnel and the Office for Combating Corruption were transformed into a single structure — the Office of the President of the Russian Federation for Civil Service, Personnel and Anti-Corruption.
