MOSCOW, May 23. Former governor of Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexander Uss before the end of the spring session can come to the Federation Council subject to all procedures, said a source in the upper house of parliament.
Earlier, the head of the Federation Council committee on regulations, Vyacheslav Timchenko, said that the senator from the region, Valery Semyonov, wrote a statement on early resignation. His mandate is valid until September 2026.
«If all procedures are followed, Uss must first become a deputy of the legislative assembly of the region, and then be delegated to the Federation Council, he can come to the Federation Council before the end of the spring session,» the source said.
