Chertanovsky District Court of Moscow arrested for 15 days a citizen of Belarus Dmitry Golovlev, who was detained on May 22 in Moscow after the launch of a white and blue flag and balloons. The decision was published on the website of the Moscow courts, OVD-Info drew attention to it.
On May 23, Golovlev was found guilty of petty hooliganism (Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to the court decision, the citizen of Belarus near the entrance “expressed obscene language and was drunk.” An unnamed source told OVD-Info that after Golovlev's trial, they brought the Chertanovo Severnoe police station, and from there they were taken to the police department in the Khamovniki district.
Golovlev and his wife Yulia were detained in the Moscow district of Biryulyovo on May 22 after launching a white-blue-white flag and balloons of the same color near the pond in Chertanovo. Friend of Yulia and Dmitry Golovlev Mikhail told today «Mediazone» that there has been no contact with the spouses since yesterday morning, their phones are turned off.
The defender from OVD-Info, Vladimir Nemanov, who arrived at the court on May 23 after considering the protocol, was refused to issue a decision and say whether Dmitry was arrested. A day after the arrest, the spouses could not be found in any of the special detention centers in Moscow. Yulia, according to the interlocutor of Mediazona, has Russian citizenship. The couple also has two children, one of them is less than six months old. It is not known where they are now.
Video and photos with balloons and a flag flying over Chertanovo, as well as near the Moscow State University building, were published on May 22 by Ukrainian publics and the telegram channel of the Freedom of Russia legion, which, together with The RDG claimed responsibility for the attack in the Belgorod region.
