Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on Wednesday that Russian officials below the rank of the president and the prime minister can only take note of his words, but not comment on them.

Pashinyan raised this issue at a government hour in the National Assembly of Armenia, when MP Arpine Davoyan reminded him of Zakharova's comment on the prime minister's statement that the CSTO had withdrawn or is withdrawing from Armenia, writes RBC .
“My interlocutors in the Russian Federation are the President and Prime Minister of the Russian Federation,” Pashinyan replied.
He also said: “Even the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of such a respected and friendly state as Russia cannot comment on what I am saying.” And he added: «but can only take note of what I say.»
