UFA, May 24. The Oktyabrsky District Court of Ufa has arrested Konstantin Leontyev, coach of the children's Olympic reserve school for alpine skiing, who is accused of indecent acts and rape of pupils, the united press service of the courts of Bashkiria.
Earlier, Leontiev became a defendant in two criminal cases under the articles «rape» and «lewd acts», he was detained.
The Oktyabrsky District Court of Ufa has chosen a measure of restraint for the 57-year-old coach. «After listening to the participants in the process and examining the materials presented, the court granted the investigator's petition, deciding to select Leontiev's preventive measure in the form of detention until July 22, 2023,» the report says.
The resolution has not entered into force.
