A 20-year-old resident of Slavyansk-on-Kuban, Mark Eroshenko, was charged with “discrediting” the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for refusing to donate blood at the military registration and enlistment office, accusing the draft board of using it in satanic rites. The Telegram channel «Caution, news» reported that this happened in early April.
