A 20-year-old resident of Slavyansk-on-Kuban, Mark Eroshenko, was charged with “discrediting” the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for refusing to donate blood at the military registration and enlistment office, accusing the draft board of using it in satanic rites. The court considered the materials of the draftee's case on May 15 and decided to return them to the Department of Internal Affairs for the Slavyansky District of the Krasnodar Territory to eliminate the shortcomings. According to Judge Natalya Kovalchuk, Yeroshenko's actions do not correspond to the disposition of the administrative article imputed to him. On May 25, the young man’s report on “discrediting” the army was again sent to court, the date for its consideration has not yet been set.
