Former State Duma deputy Magomed Gadzhiev was expelled from the United Russia party after the Ministry of Justice entered him into the register of «foreign agents». This was reported on the website of the Dagestan branch of the party.
“The Presidium of the Regional Political Council of the Dagestan Regional Branch of the United Russia Party” a decision was made to expel ex-deputy of the State Duma Gadzhiev Magomed Tazhudinovich from the ranks of party members for actions discrediting the party,” the report said.
Gadzhiev was included in the register of “foreign agents” 26 of May. According to the Ministry of Justice, for the sake of “obtaining foreign citizenship, he expressed his readiness to cooperate with foreign sources” and supported the Ukrainian authorities.
