MOSCOW, May 26. Writer Dmitry Glukhovsky* said that a protocol was brought against him due to the lack of mandatory marking of a foreign agent in posts. He announced this on his Twitter page.
On the website of the Ostankinsky Court of Moscow, a card of the case is presented. It says that «a court hearing has been scheduled for 06/15/2023 11:00 am». The article is indicated at 19.34, Part 4 on violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent.
In February, the court registered a case against Glukhovsky* about fakes about the Russian Armed Forces. At a meeting in April, it was announced that the whereabouts of the writer could not be established. The investigation knows that he flew from Sheremetyevo to Barcelona.
In October 2022, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation recognized the writer as a foreign agent.
