DONETSK, May 29. At 15.05, Ukrainian troops fired ten rockets from the MLRS at the Petrovsky district of Donetsk, the DPR representative office in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination reported on the Telegram channel issues related to war crimes in Ukraine (JCCC).
«Fire was recorded from the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine — ed.) in the direction: 15.05 — the settlement of Kurakhovo — the city of Donetsk (Petrovsky district): 10 rockets were fired from the MLRS,» the representative office said.
MLRS type is not specified.
In addition, Ukrainian troops fired a total of 19 shells of «NATO» caliber 155 millimeters in the Kuibyshevsky, Kievsky and Kirovsky districts of Donetsk.
Petrovsky district of Donetsk is located on the western outskirts of the administrative center of the DPR, it is the most distant part of the city from the center. Since 2014, when the DPR declared independence from Kiev, this area, starting from the line of contact outside the city of Marinka, has been regularly shelled by Ukrainian security forces.
