The logistics center in the new Moscow was visited by a parliamentary delegation of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy. Representatives of Russian Post told the delegation members about the organization of the delivery process. Each client will be verified by age before receiving the order. Russian Post has also developed a project for a specialized showcase site, which will be launched when the regulatory changes come into force. All sales will be recorded in the Unified State Automated Information System for Accounting for the Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcohol and Alcohol-Containing Products (EGAIS).

An experiment on the online sale of Russian wine through the Russian Post website can be launched in Moscow and the Moscow Region from November 1, 2023. The corresponding bill will be considered in the first reading in the State Duma on June 13. According to the document, alcohol can be bought on the Russian Post website, and the company will start delivering products only 24 hours after order confirmation.
