Telegram channel 112 reports that the head of the village of Rubas, Derbent district, Gadzhikurban Bayrambegov, was shot in Dagestan.
According to the publication , the official was killed while he was leaving the building of the local administration. The telegram channel clarified that the unknown people who shot Bayrambegov fled in a car, and they are currently being searched for.
In «112» they also added that law enforcement officers are establishing the motives for the crime.
