«The next frontier is the transition to domestic hardware, which is more complicated. And it obviously won't work without Russian software,» he said, speaking on Thursday at the Digital Industry of Industrial Russia forum in Nizhny Novgorod.
The prime minister stressed that it is necessary to form an actual landscape of IT products.
Mishustin recalled that in December last year, in order to monitor the work on software import substitution, the government signed a number of agreements with state corporations on the development of high-tech areas.
