NIZHNY NOVGOROD, June 1The Gorky Automobile Plant (GAZ) is actively developing digital projects based on the T-Flex platform, which allow to optimize and speed up production processes, Elena Smirnova, director of the Center for IT Solutions for Business, told Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin during his visit to the enterprise.
«For the automotive industry, the key process is the development and launch of a new product — the T-Flex digital platform will allow us to digitize this entire complex process. From product requirements, design engineering, technological preparation of production, technological design, service and after-sales service,» she reported to Mishustin.
In general, the company is implementing two digital projects: a platform for managing the life cycle of a product and a platform for monitoring technological equipment and managing production processes. The total cost of the projects is 513 million rubles, follows from the presentation presented by Smirnova.
«The production management project will allow us to create the necessary new digital jobs, to integrate all our assembly lines and about 200 machines into a single digital system. In order to be able to assemble and process in real time a large amount of production data. We will be able to optimize technical processes. And, according to our predictive estimate, we will be able to increase efficiency by 10-15% only by optimizing equipment downtime,» she recalled.
Mishustin, in turn, asked if a roadmap for the integration of the digital platform had been developed. «We plan to complete it by mid-2025. The next stage is replication at all enterprises of our company,» Smirnova replied.
