The Zyuzinsky District Court of Moscow banned in Russia the book «Shareholder», written by Andrey Pronsky, a person involved in the case of the attempt on Vladimir Solovyov, under the pseudonym Signature Illegible. It is reported by «Kommersant».
The prosecutor's office demanded that Pronsky's book be recognized as extremist in March, after an examination found out that he was involved in writing it. Kommersant notes that hearings in court were twice disrupted due to the impossibility of organizing a video broadcast from the pre-trial detention center, where the author of Shareholder is being held after his arrest.
Short course NS/WP. What do we know about those detained for the attempt on Solovyov — and about who burned down the military registration and enlistment offices
The FSB and the Investigative Committee reported on the detention of Pronsky and five other people in April 2022. Later, five of them were sent to a pre-trial detention center. According to the investigation, they, as part of a terrorist organization (Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code), wanted to blow up Solovyov’s car (Part 1 of Article 30, paragraphs “b”, “f”, “g” and “h” of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code).< /p>
The investigation names Andrei Pronsky as the leader of the group, who has been under house arrest since 2021 in the case of a fight in the north of Moscow. Together with two other defendants in the case, Pronsky had previously been in compulsory psychiatric treatment in Chekhov.
As Mediazona found out, Pronsky ran a telegram channel that contained posts against the invasion of Ukraine, as well as videos of cars being set on fire with letter Z and buildings. According to the signatures, these were the warehouse of the «military facility», the police department and military registration and enlistment offices.
