BELGOROD, June 2< /strong> Ten industrial enterprises were damaged during the shelling of the city of Shebekino, Belgorod Region, and their restoration will require about 13 billion rubles, Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov told reporters.

"In Shebekino, at the moment, 10 enterprises have suffered, <…> preliminary, we need 13 billion for restoration,” Gladkov said, noting that enterprises are not working now.
The border Shebekinsky district, regularly fired upon by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was subjected to a strong attack on Thursday night. As the deputy governor of the Belgorod region Konstantin Polezhaev noted, in the city of Shebekino «energy infrastructure facilities have been damaged, residential buildings have been damaged, a fairly large amount of destruction has been inflicted.» According to the governor, shelling continues periodically. People are leaving the city and its environs en masse.
