YAROSLAVL, June 3 A court in Yaroslavl chose a measure of restraint in the form of detention against a 15-year-old girl accused of that in the heat of a quarrel, she stabbed a 41-year-old man in the chest, causing him to die, according to the SUSK of Russia in the Yaroslavl region.
The investigation established that the incident took place on the night of June 2 in the apartment of one of the houses on Goncharov Street in the Frunzensky district of Yaroslavl.
“The teenagers celebrated their birthday. Residents of the house complained about the noise in the apartment to the owner, the mother of one of the teenagers. As a result of a conflict between a 41-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl, the latter stabbed this man in the chest, which turned out to be fatal,» the report said.
In SUSK clarified that the murder weapon was a knife.
It is reported that the girl was charged under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).
«At the request of the investigator today … a measure of restraint in the form of detention was chosen,» the SUSK reports.
