KAZAN, June 7 In Tatarstan, traffic inspectors stopped an ATV driven by a four-year-old child on the road in Tatarstan, according to the Telegram channel of the regional traffic police.

“In the village of Chechekle, Spassky District, a four-year-old child, driving an ATV, moved along public roads without adult control,” the publication says.
According to the traffic police, only by a lucky chance, the child did not get hit by the wheels of the truck.
The car inspectors returned the child to their parents. As it turned out, the boy came from Kazan to visit his grandmother.
All the materials were handed over to the juvenile inspectorate for a decision.
