MOSCOW, June 7 Russian President Vladimir Putin and Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud during a telephone conversation discussed the issue of ensuring stability in the global energy market , the Kremlin press service reported.
«Both sides highly appreciated the level of cooperation within OPEC +, which allows taking timely and effective steps to maintain a balance between supply and demand for oil,» the statement says.
In addition, the leaders of the two countries noted the importance of the agreements reached at the ministerial meeting in Riyadh on oil.
During the conversation, Putin and bin Salman also touched upon measures to further build up trade and economic ties, implement promising joint projects in the areas of investment, transport logistics and power industry.
