Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday that now we can say for sure that the Ukrainian offensive has begun.
According to the Russian leader, the start of the Ukrainian offensive says the use of strategic reserves.
«Thanks to the courage of our soldiers, the correct organization of troops, the Ukrainian troops did not achieve their goals in any sector,» Vladimir Putin stressed.
