Experts: Drivers aged 18 to 30 receive the highest fines
The youngest motorists receive the highest traffic fines. Experts from one of the Russian banks came to this conclusion. Citizens under the age of 31 pay an average of 691 rubles.
At the same time, motorists over sixty years of age have the lowest fines. Here the average amount is 468 rubles. Those who drive between the ages of 31 and 40 are also more careful. But older motorists are less careful on the roads.
At the same time, experts note that Russians have begun to behave more carefully on the road. Or they began to pay less fines. In the spring, the number of payments on traffic police receipts decreased by 29 percent. The average amount of such a payment also decreased — from 707 rubles to 630. It was also noticed that the number of fines increased with the start of the summer season in May. Most often, men pay for violations. They account for 72 percent of paid fines.
