MOSCOW, May 10. The United States broke all the red lines and identified themselves as criminal organizers and accomplices of the conflict in Ukraine, Olga Kovitidi, a member of the constitutional committee of the Federation Council, said.
«The United States has crossed all existing red lines and publicly identified itself as a criminal organizer and accomplice of the war unleashed by the White House in Ukraine. Washington is no longer able to hide its active actions aimed at harming Russia,» she said.
The senator noted that the Americans are trying «at any cost» to draw European countries into this armed confrontation. She recalled the words of White House spokesman John Kirby that Vladimir Zelensky «will receive all the necessary support» not only from the United States, but also from its 50 partners.
“The fact that the counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is doomed, and the fact that US aiding in instigating, financing, participating in and waging war in Ukraine can be dangerous for the Americans, is presumptuously trying not to be noticed in the White House,” Kovitidi stressed.
She said that on the eve of the 2024 presidential election in the United States, they are trying to «at any cost distract Americans from real problems», soften the domestic political agenda and transfer it to the external perimeter.
«According to the established American tradition, every presidential election «wags the dog», ordering a predictable political show,» the parliamentarian concluded.
Earlier in an interview with CNN, John Kirby, strategic communications coordinator at the US National Security Council, called the expected losses of Ukrainian forces in offensive operations and promised them all the necessary support from the United States and its fifty allies.
